Welcome to QuickRent, your go-to destination for short-term car rentals in Singapore. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

• All customers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Customers are responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.
• QuickRent reserves the right to refuse rental services to any customer who does not meet our eligibility criteria.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us via email at press@quickrenttop.com or phone at +65 6831 7653.
• A valid credit card is required to make a booking. The cardholder must be present during the rental period and will be responsible for any additional charges or damages.
• Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

3. Rental Period

• The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
• Extensions to the rental period must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle on time. Late returns will be charged at an hourly rate.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the rental start date for a full refund.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster or flight delay, a full refund will be provided.

5. Vehicle Usage

• All vehicles are to be used for personal transportation only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Customers are responsible for any damages or accidents that occur during the rental period.
• Smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicles. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

6. Insurance

• All vehicles are covered by third-party insurance. Customers have the option to purchase additional insurance at an extra cost.
• In case of an accident, customers must report it to QuickRent and the police within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in the customer being held liable for all damages.

7. Vehicle Availability

• While we strive to provide customers with their preferred vehicle, we cannot guarantee availability.
• In the event that the requested vehicle is not available, QuickRent will provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.

8. Privacy Policy

• QuickRent respects the privacy of our customers and will not share any personal information without their consent.
• All personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. QuickRent reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated with any changes.
